Hotel details

The front desk is opened from 06:30 until 23:00 on weekdays, and from 07:00 until 23:00 on weekends and holidays. When the front desk is closed, a key dispenser to be used with your credit card is put at your disposal.

Food & Beverages

The restaurant is opened everyday for lunch and dinner.

Late Arrivals: Guests must arrive at the hotel prior to 23:00. Your room cannot be guaranteed after this time. If you cannot change your time of arrival, please contact the hotel prior to 23:00 (local time).

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. 

Parking

Free Private parking is possible on site. 

Pets

Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 8.50 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 16 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One child under 16 years stays free of charge in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
