Each of the hotel’s rooms is decorated in an elegant, late 19th-century style. Most enjoy views over the cathedral, the main square of Plaza Mayor, the central pedestrian street of Calle Real, and from some you can also see the mountains around the city.

The hotel has a meeting room available to their clients with a maximum capacity for 70 people with all the services needed for your meetings. A beautiful combination of tradition and functionality, there is also a breakfast buffet served in the dining room.

Food & Beverages

The hotel offers facilities such as a restaurant for a buffet breakfast and Casares restaurant, a place where you can enjoy magnificent cuisine with traditional and elaborate dishes.

If you are going to use the hotel's car park you have authorization to access the pedestrian area on the Plaza Mayor with your car. You need to press the button on the pivot area and indicate to the person who's answering on the speaker phone that you are going to the Infanta Isabel.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Private parking is possible at a location nearby and costs EUR 12.84 per day.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 9.63 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 21.40 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
