Food & Beverages

In the Hotel Die Post, we place particular emphasis on high standards and perfect service. That also applies to our selection of wines. You’ll find that our wine list includes superb vintages from across the world. But we’re particularly proud of our wide range of local wines. Grape varieties such as Grüne Veltliner, Zweigelt, Blaufränkischer and St. Laurent have long enjoyed an international reputation. Our head waiter will be delighted to put his expertise at your disposal! Do you feel like chilling out over a relaxed cocktail? Dining in elegant surroundings? Or allowing yourself to be pampered during a romantic candlelit dinner? Our bars and restaurants offer a range of culinary delights in a stylish ambience. Why not give into temptation!

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 60 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  EUR 1.20 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Half board is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 5 to 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  All children from 13 to 17 years are charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged 100 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of total guests in a room is 3.
