It is a modern 4-star hotel offering many facilities and comforts. Our hotel is situated on a small hill near the promenade and Seefeld centre, valued throughout, yet in a quiet neighbourhood. The surrounding area allows for a number of activities, highly regarded, such as walking, cycling and horse riding, as well as skiing in the winter. Located amongst mountainous scenery, and above all, our hotel offers wonderful views that can be enjoyed from the garden and terrace. There is also a sauna, very much appreciated, jacuzzi, fitness centre and massage is available to help you relax. Inside A-VITA Viktoria you will find a bar to enjoy a variety of beverages. There is also a children’s play area for our younger guests.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 90 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, 40 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, 70 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled or modified later, 90 percent of all nights will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Deposit Policy

10 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is included.

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. All children under 5 years stay free of charge for extra beds. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots. All children from 6 to 11 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds. One older child or adult is charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
