It is a modern 4-star hotel offering many facilities and comforts. Our hotel is situated on a small hill near the promenade and Seefeld centre, valued throughout, yet in a quiet neighbourhood. The surrounding area allows for a number of activities, highly regarded, such as walking, cycling and horse riding, as well as skiing in the winter. Located amongst mountainous scenery, and above all, our hotel offers wonderful views that can be enjoyed from the garden and terrace. There is also a sauna, very much appreciated, jacuzzi, fitness centre and massage is available to help you relax. Inside A Vita Viktoria you will find a bar to enjoy a variety of beverages. There is also a children’s play area for our younger guests.

Our sunny breakfast hall offers a peaceful and pleasant ambiance and a nutritious breakfast buffet with fresh fruit, different kinds of bread, farm products, fresh egg dishes and much more. We also offer a late breakfast for those who prefer to sleep longer.

Area information The surroundings invite you to enjoy many activities such as hiking, bicycling, horseback riding, tennis, golf, Nordic walking and, in winter, skiing and cross-country skiing. Our house is an golf partner hotel. Green fee reductions are available on the Golfclub Seefeld Wildmoos (18-holes) and the Golf Academy (9 holes). Distance to the Golfclub Seefeld Wildmoos: about 4.5 km; to the Golf Academy: 800 metres.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 90 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, 40 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, 70 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later, 90 percent of all nights will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Deposit Policy

30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is included.

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. All children from 0 to 5 years stay free of charge for extra beds. All children from 6 to 11 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds. One older child or adult is charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
