Simply called “Klosterbräu” you could be sure to enjoy your stay at this former monastery from the 16th century. The thick walls and vaulted ceilings radiate warmth and serenity. All rooms are designed with a seating area; separate living room and bedroom in suites and superior Suites; luxurious bathrooms with fittings and facilities exuding 5-star comfort.

The Klosterbräu stands for the culture of pure enjoyment. This is especially true of the multi-facetted culinary range we can offer you. The trendy creativity of the Klosterhof cuisine and the Ritter-Oswald-Stube was even awarded one Gault Millau trophie. The cuisine takes pleasure in seducing its guests entirely according to their preferences. Whether to the depths of the seas or to delicious specialities coming from Tyrolean alpine pastures or mountain streams. Whether your taste is more country-style or you prefer a good slap-up meal, the atmosphere will always be amicable. To go with your food why not sample a drop of top-quality wine - one of our lovingly stored delicacies coming from the 500-year old wine cellar with over 20,000 bottles maturing with dignity.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  EUR 1.20 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 5.00 per night and person for cots.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
