Travel information

By car from Berlin: - You reach the island by driving over the Zecheriner bridge (take the B109 until Anklam, then the B110 towards Usedom). - In Seebad Heringsdorf follow the hotel route E (red). By car from Hamburg: - Use the Wolgaster bridge. - Exit the A20 motorway at Gützkow towards Wolgast on the B111. - Once in Wolgast go towards Ahlbeck on the B111.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 2.30 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.  Dinner costs EUR 25.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 35.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
