If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.

No deposit will be charged.

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  EUR 2.30 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 4.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
