Guests may choose between inland-facing rooms and rooms with a direct view of the Baltic Sea. Please note that a cot/extra bed be only be added to the inland-facing double rooms. Fluffy bathrobes and slippers are provided in each of the well-equipped and elegant rooms.

The wellness area of the hotel offers guests the use of a swimming pool (7 x 14 metres). underwater music, amethyst sauna, laconicum, trepidarium, flower and herb grotto, plunge pool, a variety of different showers, a Kneipp basin, a solarium and a relaxation area. A gym and beauty parlour are also available, as well as oriental treatment rooms for various therapeutic and relaxation applications. Golf enthusiasts can enjoy a round of golf at the nearby Balmer See golf course. Guests of the hotel enjoy a 30% discount on the green fee. Food & Beverages

The hotel bistro, La Brasserie, offers seasonal and themed dishes, particularly fish specialities and an à la carte menu. The Suan Thai restaurant offers an extensive choice of tempting Thai specialities in a modern, stylish ambience. Relax with an after-dinner drink at the hotel bar, on the terrace or by the cosy fireplace in the lounge.

Please note that pets are not allowed in the gourmet restaurant during breakfast or dinner times.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before date of arrival, 65 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 2.80 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 40.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
