Hotel details

We like to provide a few little extra which make a difference to your stay. A free newspaper and a free take away coffee will kick-start your morning. Each day we will give you a 7 day weather forecast to help you plan your holiday. We have mobile phone chargers for your convenience and reading glasses to rent. Anti-freeze spray and ice scrapers are available during the winter should you need them and we have lots of children’s toys and sugar free sweets for the little ones. Please not that the constructions for our wellness area are still continuing. In the future we will be able to offer you an indoor pool, sauna and steam sauna and adventure showers. Furthermore a cosmetic and massage area is being created for you.

Food & Beverages

Our restaurant with garden terrace offers enough space for 50 people. Our menu offers all your heart desires! Starting with home made soups, delicious starters, we furthermore offer fish- and meat meals from the Havelland region, as well as game meals. Of course we also serve diet food or food combining.

Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the entire hotel and charges are applicable.

Free public parking is possible on site.

Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
