They are fully equipped with the standards of a international First- Class- Hotel like minibar, colour tv, radio, trousers press, iron board, telephone. Special Crowne Plaza Service like coffee and tea making, mineralwater, bathrobe and- shoes without of charge, facilities ensure personal comfort. Furthermore we offer one room for handicapped guests, connected to another room. Non smoking rooms are available.

To the hotel belongs the Restaurant "Marco POLO" and the Columbus- Bar with piano music. In front of the hotel you will find our comfortable summer terrace with view over the lake ostorf. Come and join us in our Fitness Club "med energy": Finish sauna, solarium, bar area, tv and juice bar, bench press, free weights, lateral pull down, stationary bikes, rowing machines, stair masters, aerobics and step courses, therapeutic massage. Our beauty- und wellnesslounge offers an extensive choice of massage and cosmetics. Ten function rooms accommodating up to 250 persons are equipped with daylight and air conditions. Our representative boardroom in the 5. floor has a beautyful view about schwerin. The hotel offers W-Lan in the public area, all meetingsrooms and the most of the guestrooms. In the building of our hotel you will find more than 600 parking place for extra charge and 4 bus parking free of charge.

The Gault Millau-rated restaurant invites you for a culinary trip around the world: the choice ranges from delicious snacks to a "Discoverer's Menu". Enjoy the day in the relaxing atmosphere of a romantic view on Lake Ostorf - Open Mon-Sun 6.30-midnight Take a cool drink at the Columbus Bar with Live- Piano- Music and enjoy delicious snacks from our seasonal menu while listening to the piano music. From Monday till Friday we offer a Happy Hour between 19.00 - 22.00. During the breakfast- time is smoking not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 15.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children under 19 years stay free of charge for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged 100 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
