After a busy day of exploring the local countryside and lakes or sightseeing in nearby Schwerin you can relax in the hotel sauna and solarium. The hotel houses 9 conference rooms, named after prominent German towns and cities. The Berlin Hall can accommodate up to 200 people. Every meeting room can be equipped with an overhead projector, video recorder, video camera, TV, microphone, bulletin board, flip chart, video projector, and slide projector.

Food & Beverages

The hotel’s restaurant offers lunch and dinner, offering guests a seasonal range of regional and international specials in a warm, Mediterranean atmosphere. (Open until 22:30). Drinks and light snacks are available in the hotel’s bar until 01:00. Room service is available from 06:00 until 23:30.

Please inform the hotel if you plan to arrive later than 18:00.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and charges are applicable. 

Parking

Free public parking is possible on site. 

Pets

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 13.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  There is no capacity for cots in the room.
