Each of our generously appointed guest rooms has been furnished with love and care, and offers a unique view of the surrounding moorland. The design is characterised by clean lines, high quality materials, exclusive details and warm colours. The inspiring atmosphere of our rooms enables you to unwind and gain revitalisation, and is conducive to creative and concentrated work. Each of our rooms does, of course, offer the latest in communications technology. A further highlight of our guest rooms is the panoramic terrace, which provides a popular meeting place.

Hotel details

Blending perfectly with the breathtakingly beautiful landscape, and designed in accordance with ecological principles, a new hotel concept has evolved here which harmoniously combines the needs of a variety of target groups. The buliding's architecture is not only practical, but also takes emotional factors into account. Our aim is to combine the new with the old, and stone with nature. We want to fill our rooms with energy and create a motivating work environment. We offer a total of 4 seminar centres, providing space for up to 240 persons. Whether you wish to hold a meeting, a conference or a seminar - inspire your guests and colleagues with our extraordinary facilities. Our rooms are equipped with the latest in conference technology, without being "standard". Perhaps you like the idea of holding a conference in a hall formerly used for repairing tanks? The unique features and historical significance of our meeting rooms have been consciously preserved, in order to create inspiring points of contrast.

Food & Beverages

Our restaurant is both a place of healthy and responsible nutrition, and a place for communication. It combines warmth, pleasure for body and soul, and excellent service. As a member of the "Slow Food" organisation, we commit ourselves to conscientious enjoyment. "Gourmet cuisine at guesthouse prices" is our motto. Our chef uses the finest organic ingredients and prepares them with imagination and care, before transforming them into creative, vitamin-rich dishes. The culinary culture of the region plays an important role here. We aim to explore, revive and further develop traditional recipes.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
