Our house is located directly at the well-signed cycle and hiking tracks of the Sauerland area. From here you have an ideal starting point for extended bicycle tours. Be enchanted by the harmony of the mountain forests and enjoy the pristine nature.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. EUR 1.25 city/tourist tax per person per night is included.

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. Continental breakfast costs EUR 7.00 per person.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 10 years are charged 40 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds. All older children or adults are charged EUR 33.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1. There is no capacity for cots in the room.
