As founder members of the cooperation "Wellness-Hotels-Deutschland" we offer an extensive range of recreational facilities within our 2,700m² leisure area. The hotel complex is home to a new spa, a massage and bathing area, and a fitness and sports centre where competent, qualified staff await you with a wide range of activities.

Food & Beverages

Our copious breakfast buffet provides you with a good start to the day. In our first class à la carte restaurant we treat you to culinary delights and refined wines from our cellar. Hearty Sauerland specialities and local draught beers are served in our rustic "Wilzenkeller". Speciality coffees, homemade cakes from our in-house confectionery and fresh waffles are available in our ale house or, during the summer, on one of our three terraces.

Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the entire hotel and charges are applicable.

Free private parking is possible on site. 

Pets

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 28 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Half board is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 20.00 per stay for cots.  All children from 2 to 6 years are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All children from 7 to 11 years are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All children from 12 to 16 years are charged EUR 50.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 67.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
