Payments made by Eurocard/Mastercard or Visa are subject to a handling fee of 4%. Payments made by EC card (with a Maestro sign) are not subject to any extra charge. Please note that pets are not allowed in the restaurant or bar.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 5.00 per 24 hours. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site and costs EUR 7.50 per day.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 8 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.80 city/tourist tax per person between 1 and 16 years per night is not included.  EUR 1.40 city/tourist tax per person older than 16 years per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Full board is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

Children older than 8 years are welcome.  All children from 8 to 12 years are charged EUR 75.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All children from 13 to 16 years are charged EUR 85.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
