The small beach, very much appreciated, a place to rent boats and a mini golf place are just a few seconds away. Our Guest house is very quietly though centrally situated, which is about 8 minutes to walk to the city center,, valued throughout, right next to the beautiful lake "Schliersee". They all include a bathroom, which is with shower or bath, and a balcony. All our rooms are very comfortable and furnished with love and some of them even have a wonderful view over the lake.

We offer a wide breakfast buffet every morning between 08:00 and 10:00. During the summer months you can also take breakfast on our terrace overlooking the beautiful Schliersee. We also offer a well stocked beverage fridge with a large selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as tea/coffee making facilities. Close to our hotel you will find a variety of restaurants, all within walking distance. You can choose between traditional or upscale German / Bavarian, traditional or more formal Italian or Mediterranean (Greek) cuisine, all located only minutes from us. We will gladly assist you with opening hours or making a reservation for you.

The city tax for children 6 years and older, adults from 18 years and older as well as business travellers and delegates is calculated separately and per person per day.

Internet via modem is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge. Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the entire hotel and charges are applicable.

Area information Schliersee has developed into a centre for active vacations and become a hot spot for those seeking rest and relaxation. The area boasts the delightful municipal areas of Neuhaus and Fischhausen and the high mountainous region of Spitzingsee. Vast stretches of the region have retained their natural beauty and remain untouched by tourism, except the east banks. The south bank, Fischhausen, is a popular village near the town of Schliersee. The west bank is ideally suited for those seeking some peace and quiet. As it is just 40 metres deep in the summer the Schliersee warms up to over 20°C. Travel information Arrival by car: - Leave the BAB 8 motorway towards Weyarn (B 307). - Continue for 20 km towards Schliersee. - In Schliersee follow the main street for approximately 1800 metres, then turn left into Carl-Schwarz-Strasse. By train: - The Bavarian regional train (BOB – Bayerische Oberlandbahn) leaves hourly from the central station in Munich. Take the connection Munich – Bayerischzell to reach Schliersee. From the International Airport in Munich (MUC) by car: - Take the A92 motorway towards Munich - At the junction for Munich-Nord change onto the A99 motorway towards Salzburg - Take the A8 motorway towards Schliersee. The airport is approximately 100 km from Schliersee.

If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 0.80 city/tourist tax per person between 6 and 18 years per night is not included. EUR 1.60 city/tourist tax per person older than 18 years per night is not included.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 8.50 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
