The elegant rooms have been fondly decorated in a traditional country-house style. The rooms are spread over 2 buildings. The Stammhaus (main building) and the Seehof (lakeside building) are directly connected by an aisle.

Hotel details

Set at 1,100 metres above sea level, the ArabellaSheraton is a memorable venue for all kinds of meetings and corporate events. There are 10 conference rooms featuring natural daylight and modern, audio-visual equipment. There is also an outdoor function space where teambuilding events such as mountain biking, a high ropes course, snowshoe walking tours, and mountain lodge evenings can be organised.

Food & Beverages

In the König Ludwig Stube you can enjoy a range of traditional Alpine cuisine, international dishes, low-calorie meals, fondue evenings or various theme buffets. In summer, barbecues are frequently held on the lakeside patio. Osteria L'Oliva is a typical Tuscan country-house style restaurant which serves delicious specialities from Tuscany, Liguria, and Piedmont. You can watch your dishes being freshly prepared in the large show kitchen. The Lobby Bar serves a wide selection of international cocktails, drinks, and spirits, including more than 40 types of whiskey. You can also enjoy freshly roasted coffee and homemade cakes here. Around 150 varieties of wine are stored in the hotel wine cellar. Private functions and wine-tasting evenings can also be held here in this unique ambience.

Internet

Wired internet is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 4.76 per hour.  Wireless internet is available in some hotel rooms and costs EUR 8.00 per hour. 

Parking

Public parking is possible on site and costs EUR 9.00 per day.  Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is not possible).

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.60 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 40.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All children from 7 to 12 years are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All children from 13 to 17 years are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
