Our elegant rooms have been fondly decorated according to the bavarian culture. Warm woods, sunny colours and innovative details create a convenient atmosphere. Both business and leisure travellers will immediately feel at home in our hotel. The rooms are spread over two buildings - "Stammhaus" and "Seehof", which are connected by an aisle.

Spend your next meeting or conference at the top, at an altitude of 1,100 metres to be exact, surrounded by the inspiring seclusion of the Bavarian Alps. Our exclusive Seehof Conference Centre extends a warm welcome to guests. Ten daylight-flooded, individual room options for up to 160 persons are the perfect setting for efficient and successful working. The professional technical equipment and spacious room layout give full scope to creativity. All conference rooms are located at ground level around a large foyer, where our staff is available to serve food and refreshments all day. The unique surroundings offer a wealth of outdoor opportunities, which can be ideally combined with communication and team building activities such as mountain biking, the high ropes course, snowshoe walking tours, and mountain lodge evenings.

Food & Beverages

Our head chef, Andreas Deyerler, and his team at the König Ludwig Stube and Josefi Grill will treat you to traditional Alpine cuisine and international dishes. Culinary attractions include a fondue evening, meals cooked at the table on hot stones, diverse theme buffets, and summer barbecues on the lakeside patio. Every Friday, we serve fresh fish caught by the castle fishery at our sister hotel, Schloss Fuschl. Health-conscious guests can enjoy our approximately 1,000 calorie-a-day gourmet diet. Our new restaurant Osteria L'Oliva is furnished in a typical Tuscan country-house style and serves delicious specialities from Tuscany, Liguria, and Piemont freshly prepared in our large show kitchen as you look on. Look forward to unusual and unconventional creations, each of them a tribute to your own impeccable taste. Our cosy Lobby Bar serves a wide selection of international cocktails, drinks, and spirits, including more than 40 types of whisky. Saturday afternoon, freshly roasted coffee and homemade cakes make it the perfect place to linger. The vaults of our atmospheric wine cellar are home to around 150 different wines, among them many very special European and international wines. Guests can sample the wines in a unique ambience and talk shop with our sommelier. It is also ideal for private functions and can accommodate up to 20 guests at wine-tasting events or 14 guests for wine degustation menus. Open daily 18:00 - midnight and by special arrangement.

Internet

Wired internet is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 4.76 per hour.  Wireless internet is available in some hotel rooms and costs EUR 8.00 per hour. 

Parking

Public parking is possible on site and costs EUR 9.00 per day.  Free Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not possible).

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  EUR 1.60 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Half board is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 40.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All children from 7 to 12 years are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All children from 13 to 17 years are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
