The Aquarius Hotel offers 38 modern and attractively decorated rooms, of which half offer a view of the boulevard, the beach and the ocean. For our business guests the hotel offers rooms with an Internet connection and a comfortable working space. All of our rooms are fitted with a bathtub/shower, toilet, telephone, television, safe, minibar and tea/coffee making facilities. There are also rooms with a balcony.

At three minutes' walking distance, one can find the terminus of the most important bus and tram connections to for instance The Hague (centre, convention centre, NS station) and Delft.

Travel information

Public Transport: Station Hollandspoor: tram 1 to the terminus, Scheveningen. Central station: tram 9 to the terminus, Scheveningen. From the terminus/Zwartepad walk in the direction of the ocean and the first street above the boulevard is the Zeekant. Car: From Amsterdam (Schiphol), take the A4. After Leidschendam, take the A12 in the direction of The Hague --- From Rotterdam, the A4 to the A12 in the direction of The Hague --- From Utrecht, take the A12--- Drive the A12 all the way to the end. At the traffic lights, turn right in the direction of Scheveningen/Wassenaar. At the next set of lights, turn left onto the Alkemadelaan. Drive straight up to the hotel.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  EUR 2.54 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 5.00 per night and person for cots.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
