All of our seven cozy individually decorated and tastefully furnished “three star” rated non smoking rooms, studios and business apartments in Ambassade Arena Aparthotel and our three large apartments (80m2) in the “Oude Pastorie” building are “four star” spacious--offering you complete comfort. Our smallest studio is 24m and our largest apartment (rented by the month only) is 80m2. Rooms have been decorated in keeping with the period character of the building and the common areas retain the character of a turn of the century Dutch home. A minibar (filled on request), direct dial telephone, internet connection, electronic room safe, TV w/VCR (30 channels) and iron w ironing board are features in all rooms. The entire historic monument building was completely renovated in 2002 and all sunny rooms have been sound insulated and feature hardwood flooring and double glazed windows. A laundry area is located on the premises and laundry service is available. Find out why our contacts prefer the comfort and privacy of “home” during their stay in The Hague. Food & Beverages

Our extensive Dutch self-serve breakfast buffet is available in the salon on weekdays from 06:45 and on weekends from 08:00 onwards. Complimentary coffee or tea is always available (self-serve). Upon request in advance, the hotel's minibar will be stocked at check-in. A hospitality kit for coffee and tea is available in all rooms. The hotel's internet café, located in the salon, is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week - as a complimentary service to our guests.

Ask us for assistance with your Vitalizee Spa reservation or "Du Nord Rijwielen" bicycle rental. Please Note: For reservations of 7 days or longer, the hotel will ask 25% pre-payment

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.  Internet via modem is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. 

Parking

Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not possible) and costs EUR 12.50 per day.

Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 5 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  2.24 % city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children from 5 to 16 years are charged EUR 20.00 per night for extra beds.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 40.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
