Choose to take breakfast in the dining room or alternatively relax and enjoy a leisurely breakfast in bed. The hotel offers an extensive breakfast menu and as well as offering a full English breakfast, the hotel also offers grilled kippers and many other lighter options.

The Ashburton Hotel does not accept large single sex parties without prior notice, please email for further information. Bookings for more than one room for single night stays may not be accepted, please email for confirmation prior to booking. Arrival/Check-In Information: Arrivals after 22:00 are not accepted.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults stay free of charge for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
