The reception is open 24h hours a day from Sunday to Thursday included. The reception is open until 23:00 on Fridays and Saturdays.

Food & Beverages

The restaurant is open from 12:00 to 14:00 and 19:00 to 21:30 Monday to Friday. It is closed on weekends and bank holidays.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. 

Parking

Free Public parking is possible on site.

Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 8.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
