Rooms

All rooms are equipped with beds of 90 cm. Rooms are furnished in stone and wood, decorated with modern and old furniture. 3 of the rooms face to the Rúa del Vilar and another 3 rooms face Rúa del Franco and the Cathedral tiled roof.

Food & Beverages

The establishment does not have a breakfast service or restaurant. However you will have no trouble finding options in the immediate surroundings.

Arrival Information: Please contact the guest accommodation prior to arrival to organise a time to pick up your keys. Due to its location in the historic quarter and the structure of the property, the Santo Grial does not dispose of a lift or air conditioning. Guests cannot access the hotel by their own vehicles but there is public parking available 350 m away in Plaza Galicia.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Private parking is possible at a location nearby and costs EUR 15.00 per day.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation will be charged at least one day prior to arrival and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 16.05 per night and person for cots.  All children from 2 to 12 years are charged EUR 16.05 per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 21.40 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
