Travel information By Train: Take a train to S.Margherita Ligure station on the Genova-La Spezia line. The station is 600 metres from hotel. By Car: - Take the A12 Genova-Livorno motorway and exit at Rapallo. - Follow blue sign to S.Margherita Ligure. - Once in town, follow signs to the hospital (pronto soccorso). - Via Belvedere is for residents use only. Access to guests is possible during check-in and when loading or unloading luggage only. There is no private parking. By Plane: The nearest airport is C. Colombo in Genova, which is 40 km from the hotel.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.

Deposit Policy

50 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 30 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for cots.
