Rooms

The hotel has 365 twin, triple and four bedded rooms and some singles. All rooms are comfortable and well equipped. All have terrace, with the exception of the single rooms. They are equipped with TV, air conditioning and full bathroom. Many have fantastic sea views. The Premium rooms are furnished differently and have flat screen TV, Play Station/DVD, tea and coffee making facilities, mini bar, bathrobes and slippers, hair dryer and vanity mirror. In these rooms you will receive a basket of fruit on arrival.

The hotel offers a 24 hour reception where you can obtain information on island excursions, money exchange, car hire and rental of safety deposit boxes. In the reception area is a virtual zone with coin-operated computers with Internet access. The air conditioned restaurant offers breakfast, lunch and dinner. All meals are buffet service, with a wide variety of international and local dishes. During the week there are various “theme dinners” (oriental, mexican etc) which change about depending on the season. In the evenings you can sit back with a relaxing drink at the bar or on the terrace and take in one of the shows which the hotel offers. If you and your children are feeling more active then you can take part in the many activities offers by our entertainers such as games, competitions etc. You can also take advantage during a few hours each day by leaving the children in the hands of our entertainers in the Panda Club where they can join in with other children the many activities and games under the watchful eye of the entertainers.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
