We are your home away from home. This is the philosophy behind our suites. Pure and simple. We want you to take full advantage of the comfort offered by the services and privacy to create your own personal space. Make yourself at home for as long as you need. We have at your disposal 12 duplex suites with balcony and direct access to the private garden, and 10 junior suites with balcony. All of them are designed to create a feeeling of warmth and comfort, with the highest technology.

Hotel details

There is a courtesy car for clients (subject to availability). The car is a 5-door Volkswagen Golf Plus.

Food & Beverages

The restaurant Q UBUD has been recently opened and boasts a large outdoor area. The cuisine is based on creative Mediterranean cooking and is the ideal place for a romantic dinner or a family lunch.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site.

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 13.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 35.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
