The River Room Restaurant has picturesque views of the River Thames and St John’s Barge. The restaurant offers an à la carte menu and the comprehensive wine list offers a selection of fine wines to complement your meal. The hotel's comfortable medieval lounge houses a 2-tier Gallery Bar. In the warmer weather, you can also dine in one of the 2 beautiful courtyards. Please note that on Friday and Saturdays in December, the main restaurant is closed due to large functions. Food is available in the lounge area or from room service on these occasions.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs GBP 6.50 per hour.  Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs GBP 12.00 per 24 hours.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged GBP 19.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
