The hotel’s Restaurante Plaza serves á la carte and set menus of traditional Basque and international cuisine for both lunch and dinner. Between Monday and Thursday you can also choose the tasting menu, consisting of 7 starters, 7 main courses and a variety of deserts.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Private parking is possible on site and costs EUR 14.45 per day.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 14.44 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 3 to 8 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 34.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
