In addition to the listed facilities the hotel’s impressive new and recently renewed facilities include a beach club. The hotel also offers various special services and facilities for business travellers. The Alcazaba I room has a capacity of 200 persons and the Alcazaba II has a capacity of 120 persons. In a private building, there are 4 new meeting rooms with capacities ranging from 10 to 50 persons. The hotel's rooms are fully-equipped, decorated in a theatrical style and have a private coffee break area. Whatever the nature or size of your event, the hotel can provide the perfect setting.

Our exquisite gastronomic offer and our carefully chosen cuisine will indulge your palate. Restaurants Cocoa Restaurant: buffet breakfast every morning from 8.00 till 11.00h. Taray Restaurant: Open every day for lunch or dinner at our magnificent terrace at the edge of the sea. Mediterranean dishes and light snacks. Lunch: 13.30h to 16.00h Dinner: 20.30h to 23.00h Thursday, Saturday and Sunday with live piano music. Acqua Bar: open from 09.30h to 01.30h. Snack a la carte from 13.00h up to 23.00h. Beach Club: (only in Summer) Lunch: 13.00h-18.00h Dinner: 20.30h-23.00h Chill out every weekend open till 2.00h

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 50.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
