Hotel details

Enjoy great views of Teide National Park from the top floor of the hotel. In addition to the facilities already mentioned, this hotel has a total of 4 swimming pools - one children's pool. There is also a fitness centre, where you can get more active, and then relax in the sauna All the family can enjoy the on-site entertainment programme in the evening.

The published rates for stays on 31 December include a mandatory fee for the gala dinners held on those evenings.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for extra beds.  All children from 2 to 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 30.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
