Rooms

All apartments have a characteristic Tuscan decor with cotto floors and wood furniture. All kitchens are fully-equipped with cooking facilities and utensils. The apartments for 2 people are approximately 40 m² in size and feature a double bedroom, bathroom with shower and a spacious open-plan kitchen / lounge, which has been furnished with a sofa bed for a 3rd person. The apartment for 4 people is approximately 55 m² in size and consists of 2 bedrooms (one double, one twin), bathroom with shower, open-plan lounge / kitchen, and a spacious terrace with a panoramic view. There is also a sofa bed for a 5th person. Bed linen and towels are changed on a weekly basis and the independent heating is inclusive of the rate.

Moreover though, you can meet an enthusiastic and friendly family of wine producers who live in perfect rhythm and harmony with the Tuscan soil. The Ciappi family have been cultivating the land for 3 generations and are successful exporters of their exquisite quality wines, which you can savour whilst overlooking the vineyards from which they came. Additional hotel facilities include a reading room and lounge with satellite TV, a laundry room, which you can use free of charge, and a parking area.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.

No deposit will be charged.

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
