Rooms

The hotel boasts 320 bedrooms; doubles, triples and family sized rooms. All are equipped with all commodities and have a terrace. Daily cleaning and towel change services are included. Bed linen is changed every 3 days.

There are 3 outdoor swimming pools for adults and 3 for children, with hammocks and parasols for your use without an additional charge. There are 2000 m² dedicated to the mini club and the entertainment and sporting activities programme, for all ages.

Food & Beverages

There is a buffet restaurant with local and International dishes on offer. Divided into two separate spaces, the restaurant boasts an air conditioned interior and a terrace with tables overlooking the sea. Half board is also available at this hotel. Drinks are included in the meal service (water, wine and soft drinks).

Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  One child from 2 to 12 years is charged 60 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.  One further older child or adult is charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. 

Please note that in case specific policies apply to a particular room or rate, the specific room/rate policy prevails over the general hotel policy
