Double room with air conditioning, satellite television, terrace, telephone, complete bathroom & safety boxes (at an extra charge) Studios –two single beds and a sofa-bed- are also available including the above mentioned with kitchenette and some have sea view. Studios with sea view will have an extra charge of 11 €.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 1.5 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 12.5 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

25 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.  Half board costs EUR 9.00 per person.  Half board costs EUR 4.50 per child under 12 years. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  One child from 2 to 12 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.  One further child from 2 to 12 years is charged 30 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.  One older child or adult is charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
