All rooms are non-smoking and offer free wireless LAN.The hotel offers different room categories. Double rooms overlooking the quiet garden side have their own balcony. Double rooms with a view to the fortress and the mountains are situated towards the street. Standard single rooms are situated towards the parking lot. Double rooms for single use are situated to the quiet garden side.

Food & Beverages

The à la carte restaurant, awarded 1 Michelin star and 1 Gault Millau chef's hat, serves typical Austrian cuisine in a very high quality. The nicest places to sit are the "Zirbenstube", a non-smoking parlour decorated with local furnishings, and the beautiful and sunny garden.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.10 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 35.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
