It consists of two buildings, very much appreciated, Altstadthotel and the Residenz, located opposite each other in a quiet side street of the city’s pedestrian area. A small, valued throughout, exclusive hotel with personal flair. You can leave your car in the garage as all of the city’s sights are within walking distance. It is just a few minutes walk to Mirabell Palace and Mozart’s Residence. Hotel Wolf Dietrich’s team at the reception are happy to assist you in booking concert or theatre tickets. For example the cathedral or the fortress, valued throughout, Mozart’s birthplace and the new Congress Hall. You can also relax in our tastefully decorated sitting room. The internet terminal in the foyer is free of charge for hotel guests as well as the hire of DVDs. This compact leisure area comes complete with swimming pool, very much appreciated, Finnish sauna, infra-red cubicle and an attractive 'silence' room with couches for relaxation after the sauna. The spa, valued throughout, with it‘s warm colours and simple design, is ideal for relaxation. We also suggest you take advantage of our massages.

Rooms

All our rooms are comfortably furnished and are equipped with all the modern amenities. DVDs (also for children) are available at the reception free of charge. There is a lift in the main building only. Rate includes the use of the indoor pool area with sauna. One child up to the age of 12 stays in parents room (double or triple) free of charge.

Hotel details

This is a small exclusive hotel with personal flair, consisting of the 2 Altstadthotel and Residenz buildings, located opposite each other in a quiet side street of the city’s pedestrian area. Just leave your car in the garage, as all of city’s sights are within walking distance. Please note that the Residenz building has no lift. There is a new hotel spa with indoor swimming pool, sauna, infra-red cubicle and massage. There is free DVD rental and a free internet terminal, as well as free wireless LAN internet access in the public areas.

Start your day with an excellent breakfast buffet, made from the region's organic produce. In the afternoon and evening tea and coffee can be served, as well as small snacks in the lounge. Later, enjoy a cocktail or cool beer from the hotel bar (open until 12pm).

Address Wolf-Dietrich-Strasse 7 A-5020 Salzburg		Travel information How to find us: If you come from Vienna: On the highway take the Exit "Salzburg-Nord"; keep straight on on the Street "Vogelweiderstrasse"; in the front of the "Stadtberg" turn right into the Street "Schallmooser Hauptstrasse", after the Hotel Hofwirt (on the right side) turn right into the Street "Franz-Josef-Strasse"; after the 3rd street turn on the left into the "Schrannengasse" and immidiatly to the left, agian into the Street named "Wolf-Dietrich-Strasse" If you come from Munich, Innsbruck or Villach: Exit "Salzburg-Mitte" of the highway; keep staight on towards the city center; after the bridge "Salzachbrücke" turn to the right after the 3rd traffic light into the "Rainerstrasse"; straight on to the castle "Schloß Mirabell" (on the right side), then to the left into the "Paris-Lodron-Strasse", then to the right into the "Wolf-Dietrich-Strasse"
