Rooms

The rooms are furnished in a country-house style and feature many amenities, including a balcony and a minibar in every room. They are located on the first and second floors and can be comfortably reached by lift. Breakfast and the use of the spa facilities are included in the price.

Hotel details

The spa area consists of Finnish sauna, a bio sauna, a steam bath and an indoor pool, as well as a small relaxation room. Bathrobes are available at the reception.

Food & Beverages

The restaurant "Birnbaumstube" is open Tuesday to Saturday from 11:30 to 14:00 and from 18:00 to 22:00. It is closed on Sunday evenings and on Mondays (except during the festival period in July and August). It serves typically regional dishes, some of which are from the in-house butcher's. They are changed every week according to the season. Breakfast is served daily from 07:00 to 10:00.

Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in public areas and is free of charge.

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children from 3 to 10 years are charged EUR 26.00 per night for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 36.00 per night for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
