Please note that the hotel restaurant and wellness area are closed on Sundays and Mondays. If reception has been informed, it is possible to use the wellness area also on those two days.

Food & Beverages

Our restaurant "Birnbaumstube" is open from Tuesday to Saturday from 11:30 to 14:00 and from 18:00 to 22:00 o'clock. We serve typical Austrian dishes and selected wines, furthermore we offer themed weeks fitting to the season like game weeks, asparagus weeks etc... Sunday evening and Monday whole day is our restaurant closed.

Internet

Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in public areas and is free of charge. 

Parking

Free public parking is possible on site. 

Pets

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children from 3 to 10 years are charged EUR 26.00 per night for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 36.00 per night for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
