All bedrooms have been completely upgraded to a very high standard as part of the £1m hotel refurbishment. All children's meals should be paid for directly with the hotel.

Food & Beverages

The Pavillion Restaurant offers a combination of elegant surroundings, attractive menus, fine wines, and friendly service. There are patio doors leading directly onto the terrace area, and the Garden River Restaurant where guests can dine whilst looking over the river and views of Salisbury Cathedral. If you're looking for something less formal, enjoy a meal in either the historic wood-panelled Oak Bar, or the newly reopened Avon Bar.

Payment Information: The hotel will add a small additional cost to all payments made by credit card (no charge for debit cards).

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 15 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults stay free of charge for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
