The hotel has a multifunctional room for 250 people, which has already become a reference point for events in the city. We offer our clients free ADSL internet connection in all the rooms, audiovisual material, as well as different business menus; the best value for your money in the city. We also offer a wide range of menus and a la carte dishes for banquets in a modern setting.

Food & Beverages

The hotel’s restaurant ‘La Terraza de Montalvo’ offers daily menus (Monday till Friday) with a wide range of dishes and a la carte menus, together with an excellent wine selection and children menus. It offers the best products of the region and the best value for your money.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 6.58 per person.  Lunch costs EUR 11.90 per person.  Dinner costs EUR 11.90 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
