(BDF) : lounge with sofa bed for 2, 2 bedrooms with either double bed or 2 single beds, alcove with 2 bunk beds, bathroom, shower room, 2 WC, one separate. 55 m²

Hotel details

DAMAGES DEPOSIT: This deposit is payable at the moment of check-in and is a 100% reimbursed if: the apartment and its belongings have not been damaged, you do the cleaning at the end of the stay, if you don't, the sum will be deducted from your damages deposit. Bed linnen and towels are not provided by the hotel.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in public areas and charges are applicable. 

Parking

Free Private parking is possible on site. 

Pets

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

70 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 30 days prior to arrival and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  EUR 1.32 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 2 years is charged EUR 7.00 per night and person in a baby cot.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
