Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, a fixed amount of CAD 50 will be charged.  In case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

A fixed amount of CAD 50 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

Meal Plan

American breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 16 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All further older children or adults are charged CAD 20 per night per person when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged CAD 10 per night in an extra bed.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Groups

No special conditions apply for groups.
