Breakfast is served from 08:00 until 10:00 on weekends and from 06:30 until 09:30am on weekdays.

Reception opening hours: Monday to Thursday: 06:30 to 21:30 Friday: 06:30 to 20:00 Weekends and public holidays: 08:00 to 12:00 then 17:00 to 20:00 If you plan to arrive after 20:00, please contact the hotel in advance (no later than 17:30 the day of arrival) to get the access codes. Please note that the hotel is under CCTV surveillance (car park, corridors and reception area).

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. 

Parking

Free private parking is possible on site. 

Pets

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 6.50 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Baby cots are not available.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
