Food & Beverages

Breakfast is served from 08:00 until 10:00 on weekends and from 06:30 until 09:30am on weekdays.

The reception is open from 06:30 until 21:30 on weekdays and from 08:00 until 12:00 and from 17:00 until 20:30 on weekends. You will need a pass to go in the hotel outside the opening hours. Please contact the hotel to ask them.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and charges are applicable. 

Parking

Free private parking is possible on site. 

Pets

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 6.50 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Baby cots are not available.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. 

Please note that in case specific policies apply to a particular room or rate, the specific room/rate policy prevails over the general hotel policy
