Travel information

From Aix/Marseille/Toulon or Nice/Italy, a8 Autoroute exit 'Saint Raphael/ Fréjus'; then follow signs for Saint Raphael Centre Ville, then Hôtel Excelsior. From Saint Tropez or Cannes, along the coatal highway, the rn7 heading directly to Saint Raphael Centre Ville. The high speed tgv train arrives directly at Saint Raphael train station.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.10 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
