In addition to the listed facilities all apartments have a kitchen area equipped with 4 hotplates, an oven, an electric coffee-maker and a vacuum cleaner. All apartments feature a balcony with garden furniture. Some apartments have facilities for the disabled.

Hotel details

The apartment rates include flat-screen TV and access to the kids’ club and heated swimming pool. The kids’ club offers activities for children from 3 to 12 years of age based on availability. For minimum stays of 2 to 6 nights, the apartment rates include made beds upon arrival, bathroom linen and an end-of-stay cleaning service. Check-in is possible from 11:00 and check–out service is until 18:00. Guests need to provide proof of up-to-date vaccinations (tetanus, polio and dyptheria) for all children 3 to 5 years old. In case your child has not yet been vaccinated, please do so at least 48 hours prior to arrival. All proof of vaccination needs to include the date of issue.

Food & Beverages

A variety of restaurant services, including set menus, are available onsite.

A EUR 200 deposit per apartment must be paid on arrival (by cheque or credit card). It is refundable upon departure after inventory. The reception is open from 08:00 to 20:00 on Saturdays and from 09:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 20:00 Sunday to Friday. Please contact the residence if you plan to arrive outside the opening hours.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.97 city/tourist tax per person older than 12 years per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 2 years is charged EUR 15.00 per stay in a baby cot.  Extra beds are not available.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
