The hotel's rooms, recently renovated, are all individually decorated, with traditional, elegant furnishings. Every room has a king-size bed and a flat screen TV.

Gounod wrote his opera here, in this former posting station, in 1863. The entire hotel is non-smoking. Food and Beverage: The En Attendant Gounod tearoom is open daily between 07:00 and 19:00. Here you can enjoy fresh home made cakes, tarts and ice creams, made from the finest local ingredients. Our Hotel is the perfect place for a quiet stay, in couple. It has no family rooms.

Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

Children cannot be accommodated at the hotel.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
