The reception is open from 06.30 to 11:00 and 17:00 to 21:00 on weekdays and public holidays. If you plan to arrive outside of these hours, please contact the hotel in advance to obtain your access code for the automatic check-in. If you do not contact the hotel, you may be unable to gain access to your room.

Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 4.80 per person.  Buffet breakfast is free of charge for children up to 6 years. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Baby cots are not available.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
