Chalet Hotel Kaya provides a new generation of mountain accommodation. The suites have an area ranging from 37 to 67m² and they feature flawless contemporary lines and typical mountain architecture and materials. They all face south and offer splendid views overlooking the mountains.

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 12.00 per day.  Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 55.00 per week.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 31 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  EUR 1.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Half board is included in the room rate.  Half board costs EUR 37.00 per child under 12 years. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
