Apartments consist of a living room with 2 seperate convertible sofas and 1 pullout bed; independent bedroom(s); a kitchen with 4 electrical hot plates, an oven, a refrigerator, and a dishwasher; a bathroom with a seperate toilet. Each apartment has a furnished terrace or balcony.

Hotel details

In the heart of a 2 ha private property, the Résidence Open Saint Aygulf offers 80 apartments (2 to 4 room). The reception is open from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 17:00 to 20:00 Sunday to Saturday and it is closed at Wednesdays. In July and August it is open from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 22:00 at Saturdays. Please note that during winter (from November to March) there are limited opening hours. Please contact the reception if you plan to arrive outside the opening hours.

Additional costs: Apartment cleaning at end of stay: EUR 35. Optional Services: Baby bed or chair: EUR 14 per week. Poolside mattress: EUR 4 per half day, EUR 7 per day. Beach mattress: EUR 8 per half day, EUR 11 per day. Individual safe: EUR 2 per day, EUR 9 per week Bed linen kit, 1 person: EUR 11. Bed linen kit, double bed: EUR 16. Towel kit, 1 person: EUR 6. 1 pair of sheets, double bed: EUR 10. 1 pair of sheets, single bed EUR 8.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of EUR 50.00 will be charged.  If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

A fixed amount of EUR 50 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  EUR 0.88 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 2.00 per night and person for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
