Rooms

The apartments consist of a living room with 2 separate convertible sofas and 1 pullout bed, independent bedroom(s), a kitchen with 4 electrical hot plates, an oven, a refrigerator, and a dishwasher. There is also a bathroom with a separate toilet. Each apartment has a furnished terrace or balcony.

The reception is open from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 17:00 to 20:00 every day except on Wednesdays. In July and August it is open from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 22:00 on Saturdays. Please note that during winter (from November to March) there are limited opening hours. Please contact the reception in advance if you plan to arrive outside the opening hours. City tax is payable at the residence.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of EUR 50.00 will be charged.  If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation will be charged at least 2 days prior to arrival and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.88 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 2.00 per night and person for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
