The lovingly renovated manor house with its 6 stately suites in a grand setting is the heart of this vast resort. In the modern wing of the hotel there are a further 131 rooms and 8 suites. For families or groups of friends there are 155 comfortable apartments, ranging from 39 - 110 m², for 2 - 9 persons in the holiday village.

The fresh sea air breeze in Neddesitz soon banishes any thoughts of the daily routine and hectic life. The "Steigenberger Resort Hotel" is the ideal residence for sports fans and nature lovers. From here you can discover the flora and fauna of the National Park or make use of the numerous sports facilities in and around the resort. The Steigenberger Resort Hotel offers a different entertainment and activity programme every day. In the "Jasmund Therme" are two fun bowling alleys. Tennis fans can play on the two "Jasmund" indoor courts or on one of the four outdoor sand tennis courts in the open-air sports area. Two boccia lanes, table tennis, bicycle hire, inline skating, a mini-golf course and a golf driving range ensure this resort Hotel has something for every sportsman or woman. Riding stables with 40 horses and ponies are only 300 m away and offer instruction, both indoors and outdoors. For wellness and bathing fans the vast bathing centre of the "Jasmund Therme" leaves nothing to be desired. The attractive focal point and highlight of the "Steigenberger Resort Hotel" is the "Jasmund Therme" - more than 1000 m² of bathing facilities and fun - with indoor and outdoor pools (26-28° C), a hydrodynamic channel, effervescent pools, whirlpool, water loungers and islands, a 85 m-long water slide and a baby pool. There is also enjoyment for the whole family in our sauna centre with 4 Finnish sauna, steam bath and solariums and a large outdoor area. From 1 July 2008 until 31 August 2008, the in-door pool and its sauna area will be closed for renovation. The outdoor pool, sports facilities in the "Jasmund Therme" and sauna in the hotel building will remain open throughout this period.

Food & Beverages

Eat and enjoy - the "Hofküche" awaits you with its international themed buffet, including some local specialities. For between times, the "Snack&Co." bistro in the Jasmund Spa serves drinks and snacks. Finally, "L'Osteria" is a venue where fans of Italian cuisine can meet and enjoy pasta, pizzas and Chianti.

The "Steigenberger Resort Hotel" has the right setting for every occasion. Whether it is small seminars or large-scale congresses: we have the perfect venue for your meeting - in converted old stables or in the modern "Jasmund Halle". All our conference rooms are equipped with modern presentation technology. Special conference packages are available upon request. We work in co-operation with a professional outdoor agency Kunsthof Dargast and are pleased to help you with the individual planning of your incentive event.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 16:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 8.00 per night and person for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
