Rooms

All rooms dispose of shower or bath, WC, direct dial telephone, cable TV with integrated radio and alarm clock, safe deposit box and hairdryer. Most of our rooms feature a balcony. Sofa beds for 5th and 6th person in apartments' lounge.

Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not possible) and costs CHF 13.00 per day.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

3.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  CHF 2.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate.  Dinner costs CHF 25.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 6 to 11 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  All children from 12 to 15 years are charged 80 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
