Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 35 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 10 days before date of arrival, 40 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

Meal Plan

American breakfast is included in the room rate.  Half board costs CHF 30 per person per night. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged CHF 25 per night per person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged CHF 80 per night per person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
